Currently we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as:
Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's recruitment and selection activities to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the company policy.
2. The recruitment & selection activities includes: advertising job vacancies, short listing incoming applicants, interviewing the shortlisted applicants with the behavioral interviewing method, checking references.
3. Conducting orientation/ induction to the new recruit.
4. Established and manage relationship with the external recruitment agencies to ensure the company receives satisfactory standard of services.
5. Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends in order to recommend changes to the company's recruitment & selection strategy.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): Behavioral Interviewing.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
